Your Responsibilities

  • Effectively interpret and communicate Company policies and practices,regardingLeave of Absence,ADAand Religious Accommodations with the ability to educate employees and managers.
  • Act as the main POC for employeesregardingall ADA and religious accommodation requests andengagingin the interactive process. Document/implement/and communication final determination asappropriate.
  • Function as a SME for all Federal and State accommodation and benefit regulations and guidelines.
  • Track all ADA accommodation end dates engaging with employeesregardingnextsteps.
  • Assistwith payroll inquiries related to any paid time off policies and procedures.
  • Assistin conducting annual local, state, and federal audit requirements and update systems to follow all state and federal paid time off laws.
  • Respond to all ADA and Leave inquiries within established SLAs.
  • Document all cases reported both in and outside of the case management system asappropriateand within standardSLA’s.
  • Support other HR departments as needed, in processing TP Client and Workday ticket volume

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or HR Related preferred.
  • Experiencesupporting call center / contact center environment
  • 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources with an emphasis on Employee Relationsand Investigations
  • Experience leading multiple, concurrent, high-priority employee relations activities with a focus onprovidingclear guidance andtimelyand consistent execution.
  • Ability to review concerns holistically,anticipatepotentialissuesand diagnose the root cause through active listening and conscientious inquiry.  Partner withappropriate teamsto drive resolution.
  • Effective in detailing and documenting case notes, investigation summaries, and correspondence with employees and partners.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a team, while developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives, and cross-functional teams across diverse organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Solid understanding and capability to communicateaboutFederal,stateand local regulations; ADA, FMLA,Leave of Absence procedures, religious accommodations, and pregnancy accommodations.
