Campaign Development and Execution:

- Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials like brochures, website content, and promotional videos. Trade Partnerships and Sales Support:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and key industry partners.
- Developing co-marketing initiatives and incentive programs for travel agents
- Providing sales teams with marketing materials and support to maximize bookings
Brand Management:
- Maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing communications
- Developing and managing brand guidelines
- Monitoring brand reputation and addressing any issues proactively
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Tracking key marketing metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns
- Preparing regular marketing reports for senior management
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
- Knowledge of the cruise industry, including different itinerary types, onboard amenities, and target demographics
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel or cruise industry
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analysis software
