Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Creating and implementing a strategic marketing plan aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Identifying target market segments and developing tailored marketing campaigns to reach them.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Setting marketing budgets and managing expenditures effectively

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Overseeing the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms like digital, print, social media, and email.
  • Designing creative assets and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials like brochures, website content, and promotional videos. Trade Partnerships and Sales Support:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and key industry partners.
  • Developing co-marketing initiatives and incentive programs for travel agents
  • Providing sales teams with marketing materials and support to maximize bookings

Brand Management:

  • Maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing communications
  • Developing and managing brand guidelines
  • Monitoring brand reputation and addressing any issues proactively


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Tracking key marketing metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Preparing regular marketing reports for senior management

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
  • Knowledge of the cruise industry, including different itinerary types, onboard amenities, and target demographics

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel or cruise industry
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analysis software
