• Assist in the preparation of devices for deployment
• Perform administration of Active Directory as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting for device related issues
• Assists in the IT Asset management task
• Support the site during outages or preventive maintenance activities
• Support project deliverables
• Adhere to compliance posture and regulations

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Mandarin Speaker is preferred for this position.
• Experience in an IT support or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Endpoint device troubleshooting
• Understanding of Enterprise IT Environment
• Familiarity with the industry environment and setting is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
