Innovation Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive intern to join our Innovation team. This role will support day-to-day innovation-related tasks, offering hands-on experience in managing and executing strategic projects. The intern will collaborate closely with the Innovation Manager, providing valuable assistance in areas such as process improvement, research, project coordination, and automation.

• Assist in managing day-to-day tasks within the Innovation department, supporting various ongoing projects.
• Conduct research and gather insights on industry trends, technological advancements, and innovative practices.
• Support the development and implementation of project plans, tracking milestones, and managing timelines.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders.
• Help prepare documentation to support strategic innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to data analysis, automation efforts, and visualization to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in ideation sessions, capturing notes, and helping to assess ideas for potential implementation.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Innovation, Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with automation tools or software (e.g., RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent) and a keen interest in automating repetitive tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Genuine interest in innovation, new technologies, and process improvement.
