Preferred Requirements:
- Fluent in English language in written and oral. Candidates who can speak and written in Mandarin, we will an added advantage.
- Acquired at least Degree or equivalent / Diploma / SPM with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Candidate who have Banking experience will be an added advantage.
