Minimum Skills toHire:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (Communications Skills).

  • Positive, Empathic and Professional attitude towards internal and external customer.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Multi tasking.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Fluent in English language in written and oral. Candidates who can speak and written in Mandarin, we will an added advantage.
  • Acquired at least Degree or equivalent / Diploma / SPM with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Candidate who have Banking experience will be an added advantage.
