- Attendtoemployees' HR-relatedenquiriesrelativeto standard HR policies through HR supportingchannelssuch as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdeskplatform.
- End-to-endadministrationofemployeejobmovement & compensationpackagecalibration
- Leave & Medical Benefits Management
- Expatriatecontractrenewaladministration
- Analyze trends and data reportingtodevelopsolutions & policies for EmployeeBenefitscontinuousimprovements
- Ensurethatcompensationpractices are in compliance withcurrentlegislation (payequity, labourlaw, etc)
- Participate in Market Benchmarking Surveys, Local BenefitsPlan Design projectsand Global/Regional C&B Projects
- Coordinateemployeeonboardingandexit management
- Maintenanceofcompanypersonnel files (P-files) andrecords
- Support for HR automationprojects as Subject Matter Expert
- Participateand/orsupportotherad-hoctasks/projectsuponrequest.
- Preferably HR orPsychologydiploma/degreeholder, Business coursestudents are alsoacceptable
- 3-5yearsrelaventexperienced. Jobtitleofferedwillbebasedonrelaventexperience.
