Talent Acquisition Admin Intern (6 Months)

  • Coordinate in the the day-to-day TA operation functions such as onboarding, employment pass application, printing, filing, coordination with recruiters to ensure operation runs smoothly.
  • Assist in the pre-recruitment and post-recruitment processes that may include screening application, preparing offer letter and background reference checks.
  • Process vendor invoices.
  • Generate reports and prepare documents for audit.
  • Ad hoc data and report asked by managers & other departments
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Analytical and able to work and communicate with people of all levels
  • Good with data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
  • Can work with a team or independently with little supervision
  • Experience in BPO environment an advantage
  • Preferable from human resource, administration related courses
  • Willing to work on site and have own transport
  • Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time 3-6 months internship
  • Transition into full-time employees after 3-6 months internship based on performance
