- Attendtoemployees' HR-relatedenquiriesrelativeto standard HR policies through HR supportingchannelssuch as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdeskplatform.
- End-to-endadministrationofemployeejobmovement & compensationpackagecalibration
- Leave & Medical Benefits Management
- Expatriatecontractrenewaladministration
- Analyze trends and data reportingtodevelopsolutions & policies for HR continuousimprovements
- Coordinateemployeeonboardingandexit management
- Maintenanceofcompanypersonnel files (P-files) andrecords
- Provideadministrativesupport for HR automationprojects
- Participateand/orsupportotherad-hoctasks/projectsuponrequest.
- Preferably HR orPsychologydiploma/degreeholder, Business coursestudents are alsoacceptable
- 2-5yearsrelaventexperiencedprefered, althoughfreshgraduates are alsowelcomed. Jobtitleofferedwillbebasedonrelaventexperience.
