  • Responsible for variousday-to-day HR Center ofExcellanceoperations

  • Attendtoemployees' HR-relatedenquiriesrelativeto standard HR policies through HR supportingchannelssuch as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdeskplatform.
  • End-to-endadministrationofemployeejobmovement & compensationpackagecalibration
  • Leave & Medical Benefits Management
  • Expatriatecontractrenewaladministration
  • Analyze trends and data reportingtodevelopsolutions & policies for HR continuousimprovements
  • Coordinateemployeeonboardingandexit management
  • Maintenanceofcompanypersonnel files (P-files) andrecords
  • Provideadministrativesupport for HR automationprojects
  • Participateand/orsupportotherad-hoctasks/projectsuponrequest.
  • Preferably HR orPsychologydiploma/degreeholder, Business coursestudents are alsoacceptable
  • 2-5yearsrelaventexperiencedprefered, althoughfreshgraduates are alsowelcomed. Jobtitleofferedwillbebasedonrelaventexperience.
